README.md 第191行：『且不要基于本项目二次开源参与同类竞品分发』

这是 使用领域限制，Apache 2.0 第2条授予无限制的衍生作品权，此条款 无效且与许可证冲突。

此外第189行要求注明项目来源网站，Apache 2.0 不含此要求。

修复： 删除竞争限制条款，简化为标准 Apache 2.0 声明
